A database of RBP-RNA-Interaction study, several RBPs and their networks responsible for miRNA biogenesis. This database divided into 3 major modules...(RNA-centric and protein-centric RBP-miRNA interaction plots and database search module, correlation combination study of miRNA with two different RBPs search module and miRNA-RBP-proteins-association networks module. The RBPs combinations and networks were tested successfully across a large number of experimentally validated data and cell lines for the observed associations. Visual representation of binding site along with correlation and expression plot in protein centric and RNA centric provide deep understanding RBPs and their binding site responsible for miRNA biogenesis.We had set some criteria to filter out RBPs was at least five reads should map to the considered regions of miRNAs taken in the study along with at least two different samples. Piranha and PEAKachu tools (https://github.com/tbischler/PEAKachu) were also considered for peak calling. After considering all these stringent criteria, we were left with only 138 RBPs, which were used to develop this database. The correlation combination of miRNA with two different RBPs aslo implemented using mongodb database and each combination results from the interactive table linked with plot to further study with the expression value from different sample of given conditions and a dynamic search for different condition and different sample size based correlation calculation with correlogram plotting algorithm implemented. All the miRNA-RBP and associated other proteins networks visualized using JavaScript and D3j in miRNA-RBP-proteins-association networks module section where weight of each link was derived from Bayesian Network Analysis (BNA).
